The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the answer key for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) UG 2024. Along with the answer key, the NTA has also opened a window for students to challenge any discrepancies they find in the answer key. This window is open until today, May 31st, 2024, at 11:50 PM. The NEET UG answer key challenge allows students to dispute the answer choices provided by the NTA for specific questions in the exam. Students can submit challenges if they believe a particular answer is incorrect or if there's ambiguity in the question itself. How to Challenge the NEET UG 2024 Answer Key? To challenge the answer key, students need to visit the official NEET website: https://nta.ac.in/ Click on the link for "Apply for Answer Key Challenge(s)". Enter your application number, date of birth, and the security pin displayed. The system will display the questions in sequential order. You can challenge the answer marked as "correct" for any question. To submit a challenge, you will need to provide supporting documents (such as references from textbooks or journals) that justify your claim. A non-refundable processing fee of Rs. 200 needs to be paid for each challenge submitted. Important Dates: Last date to download NEET UG 2024 answer key and OMR sheet: May 30, 2024 Last date to challenge the NEET UG 2024 answer key: May 31, 2024 (till 11:50 PM) What Happens After Submitting a Challenge? The NTA will review all challenges submitted by students and consult with an expert committee. Based on this review, the NTA will release a final answer key. The final answer key will be used to prepare the NEET UG results. Additional Points to Remember: No individual candidate will be informed about the acceptance/rejection of their challenge. The final answer key decided by the NTA is final, and no further challenges will be entertained.
